Once you have completed the above steps, your course certificate will automatically populate for download and will automatically be sent to the email linked to your account. It can be downloaded immediately and will be available for future download.

Access & Expiration Information

COURSE ACCESS
Once enrolled in the course, you will have one year to complete the course and associated post-test. If your access lapses before completing all tasks, you may need to re-enroll.

CERTIFICATE ACCESS
Once you have completed the post-test and program evaluation, your certificate will be immediately available for download. Find Empathy will keep course certificates on file for 7 years. If a certificate is needed log into your Find Empathy account and download it, or contact [email protected].

POST-TEST RETAKE POLICY
You are allotted 3 retries to achieve the acceptable 75% passing grade.
